Together with a small crew of workers, individuals perform service jobs in the community such as grounds keeping and custodial work. Individuals will learn about safety and proper use of equipment such as mowers, weed-whips, buffers, hedge clippers, mops, etc. Everyone will earn pay and wage increases based upon quality of work and work quantity. Like the Group Services, individuals are supported by a knowledgeable Unyeway Job Coach and participate in paid work five days, 30-40 hours per week. For individuals who enjoy working indoors and outdoors this will be a great opportunity to experience both environments.
